Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited (MBAPL), (CIN: L24121RJ1997PLC029126) incorporated on October 22, 1997, is an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer of phosphatic fertilizers and industrial chemicals . A flagship entity of the Ostwal Group of Industries (OGI), MBAPL has been listed on the NSE Main Board since 2019 and has a Corporate Office in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

The company was acquired in 2004 as a loss-making unit and has since transformed into a profitable and fully backward-integrated manufacturer—a turnaround led by the Ostwal Group’s leadership. MBAPL is guided by the vision of Mr. M. K. Ostwal, a first-generation technocrat entrepreneur and industry pioneer in SSP and BRP production. Under the active leadership of Mr. Pankaj Ostwal (Managing Director), MBAPL, along with other Ostwal Group’s companies, has successfully revived and scaled multiple previously defunct fertilizer units.

MBAPL began with Single Super Phosphate (SSP) production and has since diversified into DAP/NPK complex fertilizers, Granulated SSP (GSSP), Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, and Beneficiated Rock Phosphate (BRP).. The company also operates an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited laboratory to ensure strict quality control.
